Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He has a strong background with substantial information technology and technical management experience in the design, development, and implementation of networked, multiprocessor, High Availability computer systems.

At Siebel, his accounts have included the American Red Cross,
US Bureau of Census, US Navy Recruiting Command, National Science Foundation, DODIIS/DODISM, Invitrogen, XM Satellite Raddio and Visa USA.

Roles outside Siebel have included Director of Information Technology, Project Manager, Network Engineer, Technical Solutions Manager, Webmaster and Network Administrator.

Mahmud has a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft and Unix Network Operating Systems, Networking (LANS & WANS), Public Key Cryptography and integration of a full service security system into the Enterprise. He also has extensive research experience and telecommunications application knowledge.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Chemistry (Honors) with a minor in Fine Arts in 1992 from Lincoln University in PA. Mahmud is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
